Well that is it all over and done with. 3 solid months of planning, endless promotions of the event and a guide designed and created. For our first fair we are extremely pleased with the comments we have had as feedback -

Just a little note to say thanks for your excellent organisation. Your wedding advice clinic was a great idea. I just wish I had gone in to see the dress one.The tea/coffee being provided was great. It's hard to get away from the stand so we always bring coke and sandwiches for a five minute lunch but the tea was far more enjoyable and the coffee heated John up as he was outside most of the day.It was good of you to fund raise for the prostate cancer charity. I don't think you could have done anything to improve your organisation - so well done on that. Keep us posted about anything else you might do. Little Ones Clothing

When Little Ones Clothing contacted me with an offer of reviewing anything from their collections, I was delighted. They have a large selection of reasonably priced clothes. I left it up to them to send me a top of a 4 year old boy.

We tested out the Bayside Grey Striped Polo Long Sleeve Top (2-5 yrs). Half price at £3.50
On opening the pack our first reaction was how soft the fabric was - lovely. The design is very trendy for a cool little man. Washes well too.
Tester aged 4 says - it's pretty nice, I like everything about it!

I guess we will be looking at buying some tops from them!

Well here at Wedding and Baby - things have been very busy for January.
Must be lots of Xmas & New Year engagements.

We are in the process of planning our first wedding fair - that is taking up a lot of time.

Personalised Diamante Tracksuit - as worn by Kandy Rain ( X Factor)

Well I got an email for a Vicky Lloyd back in April looking for an urgent order of 4 Personalised Diamante tracksuits.

The order was to be personalised with Kandy Rain on the back of the zipper tops and on the front of the trousers the following names in smaller letters

I knew this was for an event, but thought it was maybe a dance competition. Little did I know. Only today when doing my social networking via facebook did I discover Kandy Rain! Now I even watched the whole series of X Factor and it never clicked.

Birdcage Veils are all the Rage!

As you already know Vintage is going to remain about for a while longer in the wedding front, with our focus moving away from the traditional veils - to the fun and funky birdcage veils of yester years

At our last exhibition we had lots of enquires about these veils and we have introduced some new ones since then.

Why are they such a hit - well we reckon the traditional bride is long gone and with brides getting married older, as well as second and third time marriages taking place it is a much more wearable accessory.So lets move back in time and see some delicious alternatives to the traditional veil.
